FAQ
What counts against my hours?
The length of each VOD you analyse. A 30-minute speedrun spends 30 minutes of your monthly pool; a 3-hour stream spends 3 hours. Paid plans have no limit on how many VODs you run within those hours; Free allows up to 6 VODs. Every short-form clip the picker finds in them is yours to keep. Each plan also caps how long a single VOD can be; the cards above say where.
Will it cut off the punchline?
You choose what ships. The picker proposes clips with a preview; nothing renders or publishes until you pick it, and you can trim the boundaries before export. Your monthly hours are spent on analysing the VOD, not on renders — so adjusting a clip costs nothing extra.
Does it work on Just Chatting and IRL?
Yes — that is the main use case. Reelium reads audience reactions (viewer-made clips, chat spikes) rather than a kill feed, so it needs no game state. Game-event detection for Valorant, Call of Duty and Apex is an extra signal on Pro and Power, not a requirement.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Annual subs pro-rate cleanly.
What happens to my clips if I downgrade?
They stay yours. Rendered clips and exports are not removed when you change tier. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and your new monthly hours apply from then.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund of your first subscription payment on request. This covers your first paid subscription charge, whether you pay monthly or annually. Renewals, upgrade charges and one-off purchases are outside this promise. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Is there a watermark?
No — on any tier, including Free. Free exports are un-watermarked 1080p.
Do you offer a free trial on paid tiers?
Free covers 4 hours of stream analysed a month, across up to 6 VODs, so you can try the full pipeline before paying. Pro adds a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (one-time per user). Creator and Power don't have trials yet.
