FAQ
Can I use Twitch and Kick VODs?
Yes. Reelium supports saved Twitch and Kick broadcasts for post-stream clipping. Source availability and your plan allowance still apply. Reelium Live currently supports Twitch.
What counts against my hours?
The length of each VOD you analyse. On a paid plan, a 30-minute speedrun spends 30 minutes of your monthly pool; a 3-hour stream spends 3 hours. Paid plans have no limit on how many VODs you run within those hours. Free is weekly: 1 hour of any stream, up to 3 VODs a week. Unused hours carry over, up to 6. In a calendar month Free analyses 6 hours at most, and each part of a stream you analyse counts as one of the 3. Every short-form clip the picker finds in them is yours to keep. Each plan also caps how long a single VOD can be; the cards above say where. Why Free resets every week, not every month.
Will it cut off the punchline?
You choose what ships. The picker proposes clips with a preview; nothing renders or publishes until you pick it, and you can trim the boundaries before export. Trimming and re-rendering use none of your hours. The first word-by-word caption sync uses none either when it can read the transcript the analysis saved. Re-syncing after a trim, choosing a speaker count, or syncing an uploaded file transcribes the clip again and uses its length from your hours.
Does it work on Just Chatting and IRL?
Yes — that is the main use case. On every plan Reelium reads what your audience did (viewer-made clips, plus chat spikes on Twitch), not a kill feed, so it needs no game state. Pro and Power also listen to a Twitch or Kick VOD's audio for audience reactions — laughter, screams, applause — and detect game events in Valorant, Call of Duty and Apex.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Change plan any time from Billing in your dashboard — Stripe shows exactly what you'll pay before you confirm. On the free trial, or paying in USD or EUR? Email support@reelium.ai and we'll switch it for you.
What happens to my clips if I downgrade?
They stay yours. Rendered clips and exports are not removed when you change tier. A downgrade takes effect as soon as you confirm it, and the unused part of your old plan is credited against your next bill.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund of your first subscription payment on request. This covers your first paid subscription charge, whether you pay monthly or annually. Renewals, upgrade charges and one-off purchases are outside this promise. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Is there a watermark?
No — not on any tier, including Free. Free downloads end with a 1-second Reelium card. Paid plans' downloads have no card, and a clip you post through Reelium never carries one on any plan.
Do you offer a free trial on paid tiers?
Free covers 1 hour of stream analysed every week, so you can try the full pipeline before paying. Creator and Pro add a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (one per person, on either plan). No card needed to start. With no card on file at the end of day 7, you go back to Free and nothing is charged. Power doesn't have a trial.
