FAQ
What's a "stream"?
One stream = one source VOD analysed by Reelium's AI. Doesn't matter if it's a 30-minute speedrun or an 8-hour subathon — same unit, same count. You can extract as many short-form clips as you want from each stream you've analysed.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Annual subs pro-rate cleanly.
What if I'm on a legacy Basic or Agency plan?
You keep your legacy plan and price for as long as you stay subscribed, and neither is clip-capped any more — Basic's old 15-a-month limit has been removed rather than carried over. Switch to Starter / Power anytime to move to the new streams-based model.
Do you offer a free trial on paid tiers?
Pro gets a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (one-time per user). Starter and Power don't have trials yet — but Free covers 4 hours of stream analysed a month, across up to 6 VODs so you can try the full pipeline before paying.
