Support
We read every message, and we reply.
Get in touch
Email support@reelium.ai and we’ll get back to you. Telling us your account email and, if it’s about a specific clip, the clip’s title will usually save a round trip.
Questions we get most
My clips are still rendering
Rendering runs on our servers, not on your phone, so you can close the app and come back. Most clips finish in under a minute. If one has been going for much longer than that, email us with the clip title.
A clip failed to render
The most common cause is that the original stream VOD is no longer available — Twitch removes VODs after 7 to 60 days depending on the account, and once the source is gone the clip can’t be re-cut. Clips you have already rendered and saved are unaffected.
Posting to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
You can connect those accounts in Settings, or save a finished clip to your camera roll and post it from the app you normally use. Saving to the camera roll needs permission to add photos and videos — Reelium only ever adds, and never reads your library.
Signing in
Reelium accounts are created on the web. If you already have an account you can sign in with your email and password, or with Apple once your Apple ID is linked — link it from Settings after signing in with your email once.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Reelium account at any time, and doing so permanently removes your clips, captions and scheduled posts. Email support@reelium.ai from your account address with the subject “Delete my account” and we will action it.
If you own a team, transfer ownership or delete the team first — an account that still owns a team can’t be removed on its own.
