For your next post-stream edit
Turn Kick VODs and clips into TikTok, Shorts and Reels.
Paste a kick.com/channel/videos/video-id link or a Kick clip link. Reelium suggests moments from the clips your viewers made and from what was said. You keep and trim the ones you want, then export a captioned vertical 1080x1920 clip for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
How to clip a Kick VOD
- Copy the saved broadcast link. Open the video on Kick. The address should include your channel and the video ID. Make sure the recording is still available.
- Import it into Reelium. Paste the link above and continue through signup. Review the import details and available processing allowance before starting.
- Review the suggested moments. Watch each candidate with enough surrounding context to understand the setup. Skip repeated beats and moments that only make sense to someone who watched the whole stream.
- Edit for a phone screen. Adjust the start and end, check that the important action stays in frame, and correct captions before export.
- Check the finished video. Watch the export with sound on and off, then share it through your chosen publishing workflow.
A clip should work without the full stream
For a gameplay surprise, start early enough to establish what you were trying to do. For a conversation, keep the question that makes the answer funny. These are editing examples, not promises about which moments an analysis will find.
On Kick, suggestions come from the clips your viewers made and the transcript — not from Kick chat. Chat reactions count only on Twitch. You still choose which moments to keep and how to cut them.
If your Kick link will not import
Copy the link from the video page again, including the channel name. Check that the VOD plays on Kick and has not been removed. A live channel URL and an old link without a channel are different from a saved broadcast URL.
If it still fails, contact Reelium support with the video URL and error message. For plan allowances, see pricing.
Kick clipping questions
How do I turn a Kick VOD into a TikTok?
Paste the full kick.com/channel/videos/video-id link into Reelium and sign up. Review the suggested moments, keep and trim the ones you want, then export a captioned vertical 1080x1920 clip for TikTok.
Can I make YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels from Kick clips?
Yes. Paste a Kick clip link (kick.com/channel/clips/clip-id) the way you would a VOD link, trim it, and export a captioned vertical 1080x1920 clip for YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels. Check the framing, captions, duration and content rights before you upload. Importing footage does not make it eligible for monetisation.
Does Reelium read Kick chat?
No. On Kick, moments come from the clips your viewers made and the transcript of what was said — chat reactions count only on Twitch.
Can I make clips from a Kick VOD?
Yes. Reelium accepts Kick video links for post-stream clipping. Use a full kick.com/channel/videos/video-id link, then review the suggested moments before exporting.
Which Kick link should I paste?
Open the saved broadcast on Kick and copy its full video URL, including the channel name. A channel homepage is not a VOD link. Older kick.com/video/id links can lack the channel information needed to import the video.
Does Reelium Live work with Kick?
Reelium Live currently supports Twitch. Kick support on this page is for saved broadcasts and clips after the stream.
Can I clip someone else's Kick stream?
Only use footage you own or have permission to edit and publish. Access to a public VOD does not give you permission to reuse it.
